| what is the max speed, horsepower and tourque that anyone has been able to get out of a mojave?? my fiance is getting one and she doesn't wanna feel like the slow poke in town with it only being a 250. i am having the sprockets changed, white bros pipe and a jet kit put on before we go pick it up. just curious as to how one of these things runs.

| | Since our dealer only puts street bikes on the dyno, who knows. Piped and jetted, sprockets, itll fly. If shes good at ridden, shell hang with a stock 400ex for most of the time. |

| my 2000 mojave is bored 40 over, its got a header and a supertrap pipe, jet kit, and a k@n filter. on acceleration this thing flat out moves, in the trails its really hard to beat a mojave.

| well....we got the mojave and i have to say that i am pretty impressed with this machine. like jacob said it's hard to beat on a trail. she has no problem keeping up with me on my KFX 400. looking for something to get a little more top speed out of it though. we run a lot of old clear cut roads here that are smooth and straight. some very quick trails...if anyone has any ideas let me know. thanks.

| let me tell u these things do 55mph stock.with all the things u say u put on it should be able to keep up with just about any thing.mine is all stock and it blew away my buddies yamaha warrior 350 the thing that mackes it move so fast is the DOHC(duble over head cam).hope that helps ya
