All is you need id a 400 and up and get a manual trans. Because your belt will slip.

An Arctic Cat 500 Automatic is all you need because Arctic Cat has the highest rack capacity at 100lbs for front rack and 200lbs rear rack, but you can get 300lbs on the rear rack also. Also the automatics come with a low gear so don't bother with a manual transmission! Arctic Cat also Has highest ground clearance of 12 inches on the 375 and up, and 13 inches on the 650 Automatic. Don't choose anything but Arctic Cat machines because there more reliable than any other machine you'll find. I have owned only Arctic Cat machines and they have never disappointed me. But You need at least a 500cc for moose. OK!

Don’t Listen to those guys. All you really need is either a Honda Rubicon 500 or a Yamaha Grizzly 660. In other words, something that isn’t manufactured by Arctic Cat because it might just fall a part on you.

You don't need a 600+ buy a 300 4x4 with super low range. Cat makes one it is the best for hunting.

I just bought my first ATV...an Artic Cat 500 Automatic. We took it out on our moose hunt two weeks ago. It was awesome! Pulled a three year-old bull/1200# and a cow/1300#+ out of the river and over two miles/whole to the truck. The winch was "super" and had way more than enough power to drag them in Low 4x4. It saved our butts and we love it! We drew two of the four tags for our area, bot the AC500 was even more unbelievable.
