| My choice would be a kawasaki prairie 650 or the new 700. But I know that the kawasaki 650 motor is in the new arctic cat. For all out big bore performance that is what I would pick. The arctic cat has full independent suspension. The v-twin kawasaki is nuts when it comes to torque and power. It all out spanks all the other competitors. It realy comes down to personal preference. The arctic cat 650 just might be the new bad ass in town. Kawasaki power, full independent suspension, 12 inches of ground clearance... the arctic cat will be realy hard to beat! I have a 650 prairie and that thing will burn the tires at 30mph on dry pavement! I would watch for reviews on the arctic cat in the future! Oh and I had a 660 grizzly and it sucked! It would always die out in shallow water and it had cooling problems, I was very dissapointed in it. So I sold it. The 700 polaris is an over priced pile of crap. It is pushing 800 pounds, it is just to heavy. All of my buddies have them and I spank them all day long on my Prairie. They are all dissapointed in the polaris. It is just to heavy and it is kind of slow for a 700. That is just my personal opinion in the matter. So just remember... its just my opinion! You just cant beat the v-twin kawasaki

| | Ive not had much experience w/ polaris, or arctic cat, but i can tell you that domestic utility 4 wheelers have a bad reputation, get a yamaha Big bear, i have one, it rules, it will do ANYTHING you want to do with it, plus its got a little bit of guts too, ive walked my Big Bear up to 60 mph ! |

| Arctic Cat 650 V-Twin is way better than a piece a crap prairie 650. Arctic Cats twin power in ther 650 will SPANK any other machine because I've done it. So whoever wants to listen to those other stories on how Arctic Cat is junk or whatever you've heard can, but Arctic Cat kicks ASS! SO, Grizzly, Polaris, Prairie, HONDA, Watch out cuz Arctic Cat is coming through with the ultimate V-Twin.

| Bill Brasky is right, the prairie 650 does kick ass, but sorry bill. Arctic Cat's 650 V-Twin IS the new BADASS in town. So, I'd get rid of that prairie 650 and get a Arctic Cat 650 and start running with the big boys.

| Im not a Honda or Polaris or Yamaha inthusiast, but I will tell you one thing. I have never heard anyone badmouth their ATV as much as the 3 people I know with Arctic Cats (all non related to each other). I have seen those things fail with my own eyes where Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha and Polaris havent. From my personal experience, as far as reliability goes Honda Foreman ES is the way to go. Homda invented ATVs and Foreman is one of the most reliable and popular models out there. My neighbor has a 99 Foreman ES and he beat the hell out out of that thing, he even sunk it in the river once. When he pulled it out and drainded the water from the air intake, it fired up, and he went about his business. I can say the same for my 03 Foreman. I went through all sorts of terain in the last year, including deep water and extreme mud. I sunk it in the handlebars in a muddy puddle and it kept on going. Zero maintenance, besides the regular oil changes.
