| I just purchased a new fxd Glide. I am experiencing some vibration at different RPM. Is this normal for a new FXD?

| I noticed this same problem. It is most noticeable when decelerating after downshifting. It seems to have improved after I bumped the idle jet to a 46, but is still slightly noticeable. I think it is engine related. Anyone else notice this vibration?

| ive had my 2000 fxd for three years now i have the 'a' motor and have had the cam brg recall done on mine. i have 22k miles on it and along with the early mile vibration comes a piston slap noise on lower rmp operation that will make you think its fixin to leave you on the side of the road. i wear ear phones hooked up to a radio to drowned out the noise. got a friend with a 2003 88ci motor and his dose the same thing. both of these bikes are really hard to keep runing on cold starts.
