| | scrambler is a much better deal for most riders, but i would go with the 500 scrabler or a 325 trail boss, if you ride in the woods, go with the 325, if you ride in the dunes go with a 500, 400 is good but is a 2 stoke usages twice as much fuel on a ride in a long day you will need to refil, plus it is makes more noise and who want to be notice by people to chase you out of the woods, plus by 2006 there will be no more 2 stokes sold.. |

| | Polaris' 400 two stroke is an excellent engine and very fast, but doesn't have the torque of the 500 four stroke. If you climb hills or ride in mud or sand you'll want the torque. But the 400 is faster on hard ground. |

| The scram is better in trails and you do not have to shift all the time. the warrior is faster then the scram but for a all in one quad go with the scrab I did and I was very happy

| | i own a scrambler 400 2x4 and i had a lot of problems with it in the first year that i had it. The scrambler is alot better speed wise and climbing wise stock but if you plan to modify it i would go with the warrior because you can make them a lot better then a scrambler. |
