I own a 2000 V92C with 20,000 miles on it the transmission has been giving me a fit for about a year now. It keeps falling out of third gear. I called Victory Corporate, they told me that this is a "known issue" and to take it to the dealer and they in turn would call corporate to get this resolved. Well I took it to the dealer and they said that they would contact corporate to resolve this issue and any other recall issues that were still outstanding. Well they handed me a bill for $3,054.47 for a transmission UPGRADE! My question is;
If Victory is aware of this "Known Issue" than why don't they recall this transmission, before someone gets hurt?
