Try the Screaming Eagle brand from HD. I have a set of slip-ons on my 02 FXD and they look and sound great.

Screaming Eagles are pretty quiet and don't develop a lot of power. I recommend the Cycle Shack slip ons. Good sound and lots of power.

Forget the slip-ons. I had the screamin eagle slip-ons on my 2000 fxd for a very short time. They just didn't do it for me. I went with the vance and hines straight shots. $375. worth every penney

The SEIIs are the best for street riders. I've yet to find anyone who could get a Dyna to run good with V&H pipes. They look great but you'll loose all your low end and roll on power. V&H doesn't even make any power claims in their ads. They would get sued if they did.

I run a Vance and Hines ProPipeHS on my 1999 FXDX. I also put on a Mikuni HS42 and a wrinkle black Hypercharger. It made a world of difference for my bike. It runs smoother and much stronger.

harley just came out with the se-stage ll mufflers. they are really sweet sounding mufflers. they wont give you a headache but are plenty loud when you get on the throttle.

I went with the Screaming Eagle 11 slip ons. A lot of guys I ride with have spent over $600 on various pipes, headers etc and on the Dyno run we are all with-in .5 on HP and Torque.
