What are the mains differences between the standard Rockster and the 80th edition aside from the color?

Color(s), ABS only...I think that's it. I have the green model, I actually don't think the Edition 80 looks as good as the standard Rockster (green or orange, personal opinion of course).

My 80 was just delivered last week! Great bike. Only difference is the Anniversary serial plate, standard ABS, the color and they left out the center stand for some reason.

80th ED gets no centre stand or pillion grab handles. Only comes in white. Cant buy without abs/servo. You pay more, get less except for a badge stating bike number out of 2003 made (mine is 16). To me the colour makes it exclusive.
