Tire selection: I'm about due for tires and looking for input. Currently running Dunlops. Considering Michelin Macadams. I'm not a super aggresive rider so looking for something sport/touring oriented that may give a bit better mileage out of a tire for this type of bike over ulitmate grip. Experiences and suggestions?

Consider Metzler Sportec M3's.

They stick to the road cold, warm or hot. Great all weather grippy'ness. Good durability, quiet and you can carve nicely with these. Interstate or city? They are very versatile. Cannot speak about off road as my Interceptor is too precious to 'dirt it up'.

Good luck, like many others, tires and brakes are primary features to a great and safe ride.
