I recently bought a Shadow Aero 750 & I
was wondering if anyone can tell any difference between running premium (93 octane) & regular (87 octane) gas.
The bike seems to have a little more power & the exhaust sounds a little different or it just in my mind?

the difference between the two is just a waste of MONEY. Your Aero runs 87 Octane according to Manual. there's no change in power or the tone of the exhaust.

87 octane will ignite more easily than 93. The Aero was designed to run on regular so the 93 might ignite late and not burn completely. So the 93 could actually cause you to have less power.

I am not believing that for a minute. I run 93 octane in mine because I ride two mostly at lower speeds and the higher octane reduces the possibility of detonation and holing a piston. 93 octane does not cause a loss in power but may not result in any benefit to the user. In my case it allows me to run higher gears at lower speeds without spark knock.
