I am thinking about buying a 1986 Cavalcade...
Recently had knee replacement surgery..
Is this bike too heavy to handle at low speeds for someone with an artifical knee...
How do they handle side winds?

I currently own an Cavalcade. It handles guite well at slow speeds. I like running Dunlops vs a newer type of tire just because the weight of the bike. Side winds up to about 40 mph really don't affect the bike. It is really steady at all speeds. Buy the bike and join the talk site to gain all types of information from men who have had the bike since it came out.
