The Triumph website states that the Speedmaster has 54 Horsepower, but the America, with a smaller engine, has 61 hp. Can anyone tell me if these figures are correct? I thought the Speedmaster was the more powerful of the two.I am hoping to purchase one this summer.

It's the torque number that is more important. The SM has more torque less hp. The America has more hp less torque.
