It is around 65hp at 5750 rpm's. This bike is not as quick as others in its class. However it is a nice looking bike with many add ons available. I added the cobra shot guns, commander and filter also. Sounds great. Not much more you can do without spending thousands. Try www.cruisercustomizing.com to get some more ideas.

I was guessing around 70 hp @5700 rpm, so Id say the other answer is accurate. I have to say, very very nice bike! Thank you for your post, I am actually considering one, I know have a shadow Aero 750, just looking for a little more power, is it comfortable on longer riders?

This bike is rated at 73.5 HP @ 5300 RPM and 92.2 ft.lbs. of torque @ 2800 RPM. But don't take my word for it, go to www.motorbikes.be and look up the Suzuki M95 which is exactly the same bike as the Mean Streak with a Suzuki nameplate on it, because the Mean Streak is not listed for 2005.
