Does this bike run on regular gas?

I'm sure it would due to the lower compression ratio, but I would say keep it at least 89 octane or higher. These engines are excellant performers, and need gasoline that won't detinate 4 inches before reaching the cylinders. The fuel nowadays is almost but all a mix of oxygenated fuel. But there are still some pumps out there marked non. That would be premium-only fuel.

can but I run middle grade. Prolly not recommended for lower grade.

I have run low grade through mine once or twice but it pings so I generally run at least 89.
