Its quite fast and throttle response at freeway speeds and above for passing is excellent. Its not as fast as most liter bike however, the tradeoff being a more comfortable ride with better wind protection. That said, I've had the bike over 125 and there was much more left in the engine, but that was enough for me. The bike tracks rock solidly even at that speed, but at age 50, that was enough of a thrill.
