| | I am very interested in buying a 1300R. I love them! I don't mean to probe, but what is a good price to pay for this bike at the dealer. I know MSRP is about $9600 but how far down can you get the dealer to go? Thanks! |

| | Well I've just purchased my 06 VTX 1300R on the 24th and the dealer was awsome!!! basically I did a little shopping around and I guess they sensed I was definitely looking to buy, long story short I paid $9500 out the door!!! Keep in mind I'm in Hawaii so, go GET'EM and enjoy!!! This bike is AWSOME. Aloha |

| Depending on where you are at, there are several options. One, Southern Honda Powersports
probably has the lowest prices in the country. "Abernathy Cycles" in Union City, Tn. will match them, but there aren't too many dealerships that will come close. Many good dealerships will knock from $1K to $1.3K off of MSRP but then try to stick it to you with add-ons like trans. and doc fees. | I am buying one today 2006 vtx1300r im paying 8,400 for it that under dealer cost they have one left blue in color.

| | I posted this question. I also just bought a 1300R and love it! I took the above advice and went to Southern Honda in Chattanooga and saw their prices and couldn't believe it. To make a long story short, I was able to get a local dealer to meet Southern Honda's price penny for penny. $7383 for the bike including EVERYTHING except sales tax!! By far the lowest price I ever heard of for this bike. Thanks, and have fun!! |

| | I just picked up my VTX 1300R for $7400 all included except sales tax. Nobody beleives that I got the bike for such a great price, especially here in metropolitan New York where everything costs more! |
