By using a "C" chaped spanner wrench. The wrench is flat with a handle, at the end of the c shaped bend there is a 1/4" nipple insert this into the holes in the shock and pull the wrench untill you have the # lined up with the arrow on the bottem of the shock. The c shape of the wrench will fit around the body of the shock. Many aftermarket co.s carry this tool...like Denis Kirk.

Spanner wrench is correct, however it is easy enough to do by just grabing and twisting by hand. The bike has been reported to do just about 105, fastest I can attest to is 95, but there was a bit more throttle.

They removed the tool from the tool kit. You have to go to the Honda dealer to get them adjusted. They will do it for free.

105 on level ground and 110 down a slight hill stock without windscreen.

I bought one from bikebandit.com for about 6 bucks...$13 after shipping. Having to take it to the dealer everytime you want them adjusted is a pain. If you have the spanner wrench you can adjust them if you ever want to ride two up or solo.
