I am having power problems with it. It seems that at lower RPM's there is good pick up. Once it hits about 3500RPM's it feels as though the engine is producing the power but it isn't making it to the back wheel. I got good spark and clean carbs. COuld this be the clutch??? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
