| Hey I would like to know how heavy the clutch is to ues and how smooth to ride in traffic and on the highway. Also is there alot of weight on the hands while riding.

| The clutch and gears are very smooth. I haven't noticed too much weight on the hands, on real long rides, 8 hrs plus I've gotten a little sore in the lower back. It's smooth riding in traffic, the thing to know is that you wanna rev the engine a bit after you hold the clutch in and before you down shift otherwise it clunks.

| I rode 6 hours in a row the very first day I got the bike (it's my 5th bike).
I had to take painkillers to get home.
Then I took the DMV test on the bike and again it hurt my left hand (half an hour feathering the clutch)
But if you're wise enough to take it slow and start with short rides, the bike is wonderfull.
Lot's of charisma without any caprice (good fuel injection) unlike some italian divas...
On the highways again you'll want to shorten your trips because the wind pushes on your shoulders while you have to filter the vibrations from the pavement with your abs and thighs.
Again, if you know when to stop it actually feels good to work out while travelling...
I guess that's why it's called a sports bike! |
