Since the zx-10 first revealed itself in '04 I have been drooling over it. I am only 22 but have owned over 15 bikes combining both street and dirt. I have over 50,000 miles on the street and have ridden in rain and snow. The fastest street bike i've owned is an '04 EX 500(credit wouldn't allow the zx)Bikes are my passion and I will be leaving soon to attend MMI to become a technician. I have never ridden even a 600 sportbike and am wondering if the zx will be too much?
Please help

Hey like you I have had birtbikes and then in 2002 got a EX500 and this month I just got a 06 ZX 10R quiet a step up and I got 300 miles on it and I must stay at 5000 RMP or less its not to much to handle and in heavy traffic its a lot easier to handle then my EX 500. Though im sure over 5000 RMP this thing is great

if you are a casual rider i would suggest the 636, its still pretty fast though. but if you're hungry for speed and power, the zx-10 would satisfy both guaranteed.

Most people cant even push a 600 to its potential. Remember that before getting anything. I won't tell you what to get but a 10 will bite you allot harder than a 6. Be careful
