have you ever herd a 2 stroke motocrosser and a 4 stroke? youle notice that a 4 stroke sounds different because the piston in the cylinder only fires once in every four complete turns of the crank shaft wher as in a 2 stroke the piston fires every time the crankshaft does a complete turn. in result a 2 stroke motocrosser will be more violent under acceleration than the 4 stroke resulting in less traction and more power for the same cc as a 4 stroke. 4 stroke engines are more reliable and better on fuel than a 2 stroke.4 strokes also get more traction.

The difference between two strokes and four stokes is two stokes are a ton lighter and faster and louder and better.

The difference is that 4 strokes accelorate faster! For example if your going around a berm then it will accell faster than a 2 stroke.
