has anyone removed th baffels from the vtx 1300 exhaust if so how?

I have gutted them out. Its not that simple thing to do. I made my own baffles and welded them back together. Check with the VTXOA Forum website they have all the answers.

I have not removed them, but from the looks of it you would have to cut them out and that would look ugly. Buy some new pipes.

I drilled them out.......


Long drill bit from the back and keep enlarging it until it sounded good. cheap, quick and worked very well.

is there anyone that could tell me if this could work ? i have a 1996 indy trail touring i want to put a 2 inch powder track on it and i didn't know if it was possible with the clearance in the tunnel?
