| With over 6400 miles on my Rebel in less than a year, I can tell you that the suspension and seat get quite uncofortable after 50 to 60 miles. Pegs or bars help somewhat. It is a low bike and if you are much over 5'6" (I'm 5-11) your knees on a standard bike will be even with or above your hip joints. This becomes almost abearable after a couple of hours. Pegs/bars allow you to stretch your legs, lower your knees, and go a long way towards addressing this issue. Most days I can handle my 120 mile round trip to work with no problem. On the interstate, it has trouble keeping up with traffic. Top speed under most conditions proves to be about 75. The presence of 18 wheelers makes maintaining this speed unlikely. (Unless you are getting sucked in behind the trailer.) I love this bike but it has limitations.

| | Its top speed is 80mph. Depends where you are and how other cars drive. It handles well on those highways people drive 70-75mph. |
