In the reviews section for the Victory Vegas, I noticed everyone was 5'9" and taller. How is this bike for a person 5'4" and 135 lbs?

I am 6' 4" so my input may not be what you are looking for but the handlebar reach is a bit far, even for me, so you may want to get the pullback handlebars. Victory makes a foot control relocation kit that can move the controls back 2" if necessary. That kit is only around $100 so the bike is easily adaptable for many size riders. The bike does weigh 600+ lbs so it would be your choice on if you were comfortable with a bike this size.

i am 5'7. you're a 135 lbs?? eat some food dude!!
the only drawback was the bars were to far forward, after with replacing them with 2" pullbacks the bike fit perfect.
