| My 2004 Kawasaki 636 will shift down to first but won't go in to 2nd 3rd .... I checked the shift forks and shift drum and every thing elese the Kawasaki shop manual said to do and if is all good but for some reason it just won't work? Anyone elese had this problem? Please I could really use your Help thanks

636 doesnt shift up wnen stay on place. ICan you shift when you drive bike? And also bike have 3 years guaranty so I dont see any problem.

| yes if you are sitting still it will not shift up, it's a postive shifter meaning 1st and N are the only gears you will be able to shift to till you start moving
