how much sag do i need to run after breaking the bike in

usually around 95 to 100 mm of sag. Remember though if you are riding on a muddy track you should adjust your sag to make up for the added weight of the mud that stays on the bike after practice. as the track dries out between motos you should adjust again.

You should set it a round 100mm(4in.)with you on the bike and you shouldnt have to re-adjust it for the mud or sand or packed ground.Just put it around there and u should be fine.
