I have a 2003 CR250R, and the clutch won't fully disengage. Engine running and in gear with the clutch lever pulled in the bike still wants to move. Because of this I can't set my idle. Engine off, in gear, clutch in, when you try to push it feels like you have the brakes on. I adjusted the clutch freeplay, changed the oil several times (Hinson Racing 80W-80 trans oil). The hub and basket have slight grooving, but the discs and steel plates are still in good shape.

I would recommend tightening or replacing the clutch cable
