| I am 17 years old, 6' and 170lbs and I'm looking to buy a ZX-6R. I have previous riding experiance on a CRF250R and a Yamaha Maxim 650 motorcylce. I was wondering what the insurance would cost me on this bike if I were to go out and buy one. Also, do you know of any really good aftermarket pipe for this bike? Thanks.

| Yo, Dan. This bike is a wonder and you will enjoy it. DO NOT get a two brothers exhaust on this bike. Sounds like crap. I have a Yosi- TRS exhaust and it sounds B-E-A-utiful and loud. Read my review posted for the 03 636. Insurance, for the full year for me is $300. No tickets or any other things though on my record.

| I just purchased a new 2006 lay-over this 07 Feb. I chose Progressive after a few quotes. I'm running bottom end liability and comprehensive and it comes to $60/mo. I have a clean record, and am 25. Kawasaki financing doesn't have any insurance requirements...ye ha. Haven't run it yet, waiting for Spring to do the break-in process: http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm
