| I just purchased a new CRF 250. I had previously tested a KX 250 2 stroke and remember punching the gas and feeling the front tire come off the ground. Seemed as that Kawi had more low gear power or lighter, as it was easy to pop wheelies. Could this be right?

| its true because a two stroke is much quicker than a four stroke. Don't get me wrong, this bike is quick but a 250 two stroke is for the bad of the baddest. This bike has way more top end though (top speed)

| well typicaly a two stroke is geared a bit deeper than a four stroke, so that is more than likely the pull you felt.

| A two stroke is naturally going to be more peppy that a 4 stroke. That is totally natural.

| | thats because the bike that you used to ride was in a different class. the 250 two stroke has more power than the 250 four stroke. if you want ur wheel to lift off of the ground go get a crf 450. best 450 in the world. |
