| | Can any one compare this bike to the Honda F6C Valkyrie? I have an F6C & love it but I'm thinking of going for a Vulcan 2000. Is it a worthwhile move (I can only keep one bike!). |

| Valkyrie-smooth as silk and great power. Driveshaft. Honda quality.
Vulcan- great power, heavy as a mule, belt drive that will chirp and impossible to repair (as far as I know). Transmission that shifts likes a Massey Ferguson.
My humble opinion.....keep the Valkyrie.

| Hi, I rode both. I think Valk is better to ride. If you miss a good Vtwin sound, then you should consider VN.

| | I have had both bikes as well. It is hard to beat the dependability of the Valkyrie. Smooth, powerful and very reliable. At the end of the day...I enjoy the Vulcan due to its size and V-Twin torque. I have owned 38 bikes and these bikes are in my top three! Try to sweet talk the wife into two (2) in the garage! |

Valkyrie - Smooth, powerful, dependable and at the end of day keeps it resale.
Vulcan 2000 - Powerful, Powerful, Powerful and gives you a smile every time you crack the throttle (that is with aftermarket pipes) It's hard to argue with 2053cc. The V-Twin delivers the torque which I really like....and I am bias about Kawasaki. Doesn't hold its value as well as the Honda!
I have owned 38 bikes and both of these bikes rate in my top three (3). The other being a V-Max.
