Man o man. I just about bought one of these untill I realized that the $31,000 price tag didn't include taxes or the stage 1 upgrade. I'm satisfied with my '03 anniversary edition Ultra.

I bought my FLHTCUSE 3 weeks ago and it runs great. I had a 2000 FLHTC (w/95 Ci and SE 204 cam) w/53000 miles on it when I sold it and it was running great. Yes, the Ultra S/E is quieter but it has all the power I need. The only thing I MIGHT do to it is to put a Stage 1 on it to help it breathe better (I live at 6000 feet). I haven't noticed any added vibration (motor mount problem?) I'm glad I bought it and do not see myself ever parting with it. Was $32K too much to pay?? No, it would have cost me that to dress up an ultra and stroke it and I still wouldn't have a collector bike. The one problem I have had was the leather on the seat came away from the stitching, but HD is replacing the seat, no problem.

See my review. I loved my 2000 FLHTC 95 ci but the upgrades and newer technology on the 2006 FLHTCUSE are worth the $

I have researched the 07s to death and have decided to wait and see if the 08s are going to have the same problems. The 07s have a heat issue, thats a fact, they are not going to hold a good resale value because of the problems. If you have to have a harley I would strongly recomend to wait. Maybe if we do they will be forced to do something about these problems.
