| This bike will go the legal speed limit on any road in the United States, in second gear.
I've calculated a top speed of about 140, assuming you can hit 10000rpm in sixth gear. (red-line is at 12500)

| i had mine up to 138 and i was still climbing in rpm's i was @ 9000 rpm. the only reason i did not find out the top speed was traffic i figure itll do 145 to 150 depending on weather and rider.

| Mine topped out at 127 MPH on a flat road at about 11,000 RPM's in 6th gear.

| Bob, I find it hard to believe you had yours that fast. Look at my answer

| | Ditto to Ruben's reply, 127 MPH. Flat roads and a very slight (5 mph?) head wind. This bike is just not made for hyper speed. Doesn't bother me, I love this bike. |

| I've had mine up to the 240km mark, it had another 2000 rpm until red. I'm 6 foot 3 and 225 pounds, so a smaller lighter guy / girl will get some more out of her for sure. If I could find some sleeker mirrors for it that would help too, I figure these mirrors rob about 5 hp. I love this bike though!
