| I purchased my Rebel new from the dealer in March 2001. In Jauary 2002, I began to encounter problems of my motorcycle losing power without any warning. The Honda mechanics told me that my "evap canister" was bad. They replaced it. In September 2002, I experience the same problem, and the evap canister was again replaced. In January 2003, I again experienced a sudden loss of power and the mechanics are still telling me that my evap canister is bad. This time, however, they have informed me that I fill my gas tank too high and that is at the root of the problem. Are the the mechanics feeding me a line because they don't want to take the time to figure out what is really wrong with the bike? Any ideas?
