a Honda 600 will run the quarter in 10.87, the VFR will do it in 11.26. I'm 6'1" and the CBR's aren't comfortable for more than 15 min, legs and back. The interceptor also feels much faster than a 600, even though its not. Have a friend who has a 600, he likes my bike a lot more.

It's Close enough. I own an '4 VFR800Fi. I ride with an '04 Suz. Bandit 1200S and '02 CBR600F4i. All the bikes are close enough. Bandit being the torque monster never needing to down-shift and 600F41 taking the top speed mark at about 170 MPH. I'm 200lbs and 5'9" I've riden all three and like the VFR best. Girlfriend like the Bandit 1200S best. "She likes the back seat better on the Bandit" I'm thinking a Corbin would fix that.

I'm also liking the feel of 3/4" Bar risers on the Interceptor. You might consider them at 6'4" although the owner of the 1200 Bandit feels at home on my VFR, He's 6'3".

P.S. I've never pushed the VFR to it's top limit because the road hasn't allowed. But I'm willing to put the VFR very close to the '02 CBR600F4i at it's upper limit. You will not be left behind and you might even be a little cozzier when you get there.
