Your Dad is looking at the bike and thinking this thing looks like a Harley. He is correct it does look like a Harley. But it is super simple to ride. The balance is great and the power is sufficient for a cruiser. The bonus is that you'll probably be very happy with this bike far longer than starting out with the Rebel 250 or even the larger "starter" bikes.
