| | No, I'm 5'7 with a 29" inseam and have had no problems. Even with a corbin seat, which was much wider and I couldn't even tip-toe both feet at once. Just slide your butt to one side when you stop and you'll have no problems. |

| I am 5'6" and ride a Yamaha v-Star 1100 with a 28 inch hieght. The lowest seat hieght on a 96 R1100RT to my understanding is 30.3". Wearing my boots I flat foot the Yamaha with room to spare but the R1100RT is a tippy-toe. I am 55 years old and I want to be flat footed at the red lights. Two steps in lowering any two wheeled vehicle is to cut padding from the seat the make it thinner and install shorter suspension components. But the latter could cause problems on rough roads or even coming of your center stand.
