| I have a 2004 kx125 The bike runs good with stock jetting when we ride it hard but when we trail ride it fouls plugs. It seems rich on the idle circuit only.I tried lowering the needle and still fouls.I tried a smaller pilot#35 but it felt like it was starving for fuel.I changed the pilot back and checked the timing. The timing was appr.1 degree left of the center mark.I moved the mark to center mark and seemed to help.We can get 2 to 3 easy rides before the bike fouls a plug. The jetting is 420 main 40 pilot needle clip 3rd from top and airscrew is 2.5.The plug is b9evg.I installed a fmf fatty with a turbine core 2.I tryed jetting before and after the new pipe and the is not any better or worse.Do you have any suggestions that could help me.We are at 0 to 300 above sea level and the temperature is 60 to 80 with appr.70% humidity most of the time.Thankyou

| You should try a hotter plug. Like a b8 but dont go any further than that cuz you will burn a hole in the piston.

| | Well I live in the mountains and i have a 2004 kx125 and i use a croos b/t a champion and a stock plug. You can go to any dealership to cross the two plugs. The reason it fowls alot is because it is a cold plug and needs a hotter one. Just ask your local dealer. |
