| I am interested in the screaming eagle electra glide 2. Is it really worth the money that they ask for it? I have a HD ultra classic electra glide, 2005. I feel like I want the added power that the FLHTCSE2 OFFERS. Would I be better off the get the 103 big bore kit put on my current bike or sell it then get the FLHTCSE2?
Does anyone have some advise.
I just love my HD. Just want some more power. |

| I was in the same perdicament as you. I opted to buy the SE2 and bite the cost bullet. I also added rinehart tru-dual exhaust for a little extra kick. Added standard clear windshield, tour luggage rack, radar detector, ferring mounted wind deflectors. Changed the saddle out to Corbin dual tour. Brother, it was worth every penny. Folks w/ standard Ultra's stop and stare. Your big bore kit will give you the h.p. you desire. Buying the SE2 will give you a special bike seperating you from all the other Electra Glides out there. I am undeniably pleased that I opted to buy the SE2. Before I bought the SE2 I ran costs for 103" upgrade and other chrome additions. Would have saved about 5 grand. Best 5k I ever spent. Wait till you feel that hydraulic clutch. WOW !!!
Good Luck......

| I've had my 2005 SE about 9 days (old bike: '96 Road King w/all upgrades) and what a bike! First thing I did was the Bubs like the other guy and what a difference! I LOVE this bike. Found it on Ebay after seeing one in Virginia City on a ride to Reno last Sept. Came home knowing I had to have one but the color I wanted (Cherry Red) only came out in '05 so the search was on. Found one in kansas (I'm in So Cal) and it took a month to get it shipped here but well worth the wait! Real head turner, like the other fellow said. But what a bike: just got back from a 120 mi round trip at 85-90MPH the whole way. On a rail.

| | I had a 2003 ultra with true duals a race fueler and air filter kit. In June I purchased a FLHTCSE2 and have never regretted it . Added exhaust and a race tuner as well as air cleaner. I ride mostly two up and 8000 miles later I still love it. It is a head turner and well worth the money. |

| | I have a FLHTCSE2 and the problem with getting more power is in the heads. They don't breath well. Get a 2007 110" |
