| Whats a good size starter bike I am looking at several but dont want to have to deal with upgrading sizes in a few years. I was thinking about the VTR but I need some feedback.

| | Well, you've probably already bought - but a 600cc sportbike will provide more than enough power to keep you entertained. In fact, most (if not all) of the frontliners put out too much. Best starter bikes that you won't outgrow within a year or two: suzuki sv65s, yamaha yzf600r (not r6), honda cbr 600fi (not rr). Any of these, either new or used, will make better first mounts than a gsx750r, which is a trackbike masquerading as a streetbike, and is too much for most 'experienced' riders. |
