| I am 16.5 yrs old. I am really into motorcycles and especially the sportbikes. I am planning to take the MSF course but want a bike of my own that is not a honda rebel. I have been drooling over the Ducati 620 and was wondering if I can handle it. I DO NOT speed..never have...not planning to(i understand that this bike might want me to change my mind) I have also been looking at the honda 599. Thank you and i I would really like to hear what you have to say.

| Drew, The Monster 620 is a perfect first bike. Its one that you will own and grow into. Compared to the Honda Rebel that after a few months you have already out grown. The 620 Monster is easy to ride with its 6 speed and slipper clutch. Its fast enough to have fun on but not so fast you will get into trouble. The L twin engine makes power delivery easy and it has awesome handeling.
