| Is it considered a motorscooter or do you need a license to operate it?

| | no only a drivers licenses is what you will need if you r over 16 and you will have to tag it as a motorscooter. no insurance unless you r doing a loan either |

| | It depends on where you live but I know in wisconsin if you shift it "manual trans" then it is a motorcycle regardless of CC, and you are required to have a motorcylce license or temps in the datime and no passengers "not that you could have a passenger on a bike this small". Now if it shifts on it's own "automatic trans" then it is considered a moped "motorscooter" and you need to be 16+ and have a valid drivers license and no motorcycle license is required. I know this from experience as I received a ticket and 6 points for riding my yamaha ysr50. |
