I am a female rider and I currently ride a CRF150. It is a great bike but I would like more challenge at this point. I am 5'5", 126lbs. I am starting to jump and I am looking at a KX125, CR125 or a YZ125. Which would be best suited for me? I ride track as well as trails. Someone please help!

Going from a 150 4 stroke to a 125 2 stroke may suprise you, you are quite light for a 125 class bike, and you might struggle to handle it in some situations, they have very snappy throttle response and a lot of clutch work is involved. However, a 250 4 stroke (which is still a 125 class bike) will be a lot easier for you to ride in all kinds of terrain, get a Honda CRF250R, it's the best 125 class bike out there, and i am not biased, my previous bike was a 02 KX125. Trust me you will not be dissapointed. Buy one.

Oh, yeah and 2 strokes are not very good for trails. By the way, if you really want a 2 stroke get a YZ125.

Yes, I would go with the KX. It is has the best (smallest) rider area which is better suited for you.
It weighs in at 192 lbs which is light and the seat height would be fantastic for you. Note they raised the seat on the 05KX 10mm higher then the 04's.
All three are excellent bikes but, as a past owner of a YZ125 and CR125 I now ride a KX.
The KX really imho has the best to offer.

A 125 is a little too snappy for your weigh.. You should get a KX100 2 stroke... It will keep up with a person on a 125 that weighs 165.. trust me get the 100 it is a lot of power and will fly with u on it...
