| I'm debating on getting this bike or a YZF-600. Anybody out there have any thoughts?

| I was also looking at these two bikes (and a few others). I ended up with the Ducati. I just really liked the way it looked. I haven't had it long, but it seems to be very comfortable and easy to ride (and I had never ridden a sport-bike before). From what I've read, I think the 600R is probably more comfortable for commuter driving, but I just couldn't get over how much sportier the SS looks. The extra 200cc's are nice, too.

| well F.Y.I., i was looking at the specs. on this bike and it only puts out somewhere around 77 hp @ 8500 rpm. If your in it for the power, check out the specs. on the 600. I'm going with the yzf-r6 which puts out close to 120 hp, and only runs about $500 more than the ducati. either way, they're both beautiful and pretty fast.
