Does the Concours come with a center stand? If not, is an aftermarket center stand available?

Yes it has on. Also has the standard side stand. Since the bike is fairly heavy, it takes some 'hefting' to get it past top camber to setting in it lock position. I seldon use the center stand (only for winter storage), otherwise I simply cut a piece of plastic kitchen cutting board about 4"X4" and place it in my left 'glovebox'. Real easy to deploy the 'plastic side stand pad' and simply keeps the bike from falling over on new\hot pavement and even soft ground (campsites\rally parkinh fields atc...). Hopes this helps.

Yes it does and I haven't seen any aftermarket center stands for the Concours. The stock center stand is way too hard for me to mess with. Good luck.

yes, the concours comes with a stand. it takes a little practice, but can be easily used. its all in how you work it. you push down with your right foot on the stand, while pulling up on the bike at the same time. balance and timing . of course, i have been doing this for years with concours and goldwings, so its not a challenge anymore.
