i am 5'8" and 130 lbs and i mostly ride trails would this be a good bike for me???

no i woulden because it will over heat it is used for motocross and tracks
also if there is alot of trees you will probley crash because when you gun it you could lose controll if you are not that strong.

No, it wouldnt be a good bike. A good bike for you is a KX 250 F because it has LOTS of low end for trail riding.

He wouldn't necessarily hit a tree...People making assumptions these days. This bikes suspension is made for mx. You may feel more comfortable on a 4 stroke trail bike. If you like the snappy throttle response of a two stroke, maybe take a look at the kdx200 or 220 lineup. Hope this helps.
