The rear brake lever is dead, but the rear brake pedal works fine. They guy I bought it from told me that it's because he left the parking brake on all winter. I have tried to adjust the lever but am still not catching anything. Do you think that I have a break in the cable somewhere? If so how hard is it to fix myself? I don't want to sit on a waiting list at my local Kawasaki dealer and have them take 2 weeks to get to it.

thanks,
John

Does the lever move?

If it does, cable is not broken.
