To make a long story short My 2007 lacks serious power in high altitude. The carb is set up correctly all jets ect( dealer recomended 135 main, also tryed a 130). Valves are fine. Belt is fine. HAve not checked compresson yet as my tester doesnt fit (have one that does on order) Basicly the machine fouls plugs easly, and lacks top end power. I know Im not going to be able to ride around doing 50mph or anything , Im not an idiot, Im well aware of the effects of altitude and have riddin snowmobiles at 10,00ft for years upon years. However I think that srugling to hold 18 mph in high gear on a gravel road with slight grade is pathetic for a 500. I should note that I have access to two other 07 cat 500s, both with about 200 miles on them (mine has 500 miles) they suffer from the same problem, though not quite as bad (they dont foul plugs...yet)

Anyone having these problems?
