Dropped at speed in 2006 w/6000m.Bike faired better then rider.Has been sitting since.Will only run with choke on full.Ideas appreciated.

sounds like one of the jets in the carb is plugged. You could have knocked some dirt that was trapped in the carb loose when the bike was dumped and it got trapped in one of the jets ( Main ). Put a filter on the fuel line and clean the carb.

if the bike ran good after you dropped it and now it doesn't your pilot jets are plugged from the fuel going bad and gumming up the internal parts of the carb. you'll have to disasemble the carbs to do the job correct.
