| hey well im looking into buying a new quad and just want to get people opinions on which on they like.
some people say if you do work to a 400ex there faster than a 450. and some say that the 450 is setup for racing.

| Chris, I think the right question here is:
Which one is a better buy? That depends on what you will use it for. TRX 450 buyers know that they want a fast sport atv out of the box. When looking at the amount of $ spent on the 400EX to enhance performance beyond the 450R, it becomes apparent that the 450R is more for your money. However, If you are looking for a sport quad that is more reliable in the long run and easier to wrench on it by yourself... the 400EX is a great buy. Most of the time the 450R has more than the standard rider would use day in and day out. |
