This is just a general question to everyone. I am just curious as to how many of you out there wear protective gear when you ride? Things like helmets, jackets, gloves, pants, boots, etc, etc. If so what do you wear and if it has happened how well did it hold up when you hit the ground?

Helmet and gloves ALWAYS.
textile armored suit and boots about 2/3 of the time.
full leathers 3 or 4 times per year, or when on track.

Helmet, gloves, and jacket always. Being military, I have several pairs of combat boots, and find they're perfect for riding, as well. When I'm going for any distance I'll make sure I have my textile riding pants. Seen pics of guys in jeans who've gone down, and denim lasts about as long as kleenex when you're sliding on pavement.
